Pros
Work from home. Not Going into the office with the upper level management who does not know how to promote team unity with employees. . No other Pros other than select upper level management that does not attempt to humiliate other employees based on personal reasons and make an uncomfortable work environment for others that have both a direct or indirect relation with current and/or previous employees. Thankful to have moved on. It would be a great fit for anyone with minimum experience and have not been in a real business or corporate environment.
Cons
Office Environment is negative. Does not promote unity Employees encouraged to pick sides Negative Impact if you don't agree with ignorant tactics. Upper Level Management not held accountable for disruption in the company. Friendship and or lack thereof is greater concern then work ethics and company growth. No leadership now.
