      Cons

      14 weeks full maternity company pay for women at the lower end for the industry. Competitors - e.g. Vodafone offer 16 weeks, Sky offers 6 months.

In terms of yours cons, as we are now Virgin Media O2 we are currently looking at our full benefit suite and reviewing and enhancing so we appreciate your comments on the maternity pay and will certainly look at that.
