      Demanding but fulfilling role. Good staff benefits (phone contract, discounted Wi-Fi). If you’re in the right store, you can have a brilliant team dynamic

      Cons

      Undue pressures on targets. Upper management can be occasionally unclear on their objectives. Removed commission so personal targets can be unfulfilling
