Pros

Discounted internet and mobile handset if you're an employee.

Cons

Expected to do a lot of troubleshooting for existing customers. This is the majority of the job. Not making sales. This is compounded by the low-level access sales advisors have to the 360 system to actually fix customers' issues. Usually, we are on hold to support the customer until someone in a call centre in South Africa or India picks up. Then, try to communicate in a second language in a three-way triangle through the customer, who usually has no technical knowledge either.
