Pros

A few nice people in the early days. A fast growing company A selection of some interesting clients

Cons

A sales team who constantly over sell, and teams that under deliver due to lack of time. No forward planning or forward thinking. A management team who do not care about creative or a finished product. An obsession with growth, to get bigger and bigger and bigger without considering the staff or the teams, giving no time to properly integrate new teams, forgetting that the staff are humans and not robots. No Strong Leadership. No clear structure. No clear set processes for anything. Too many people in one space. No free meeting rooms becuase they are all rammed with freelancers. No spaces for staff to break out and take time out No where to sit on most days An accounts team who never pay bills on time, and who are infact an embarrassment to our suppliers and freelancers, some accounts going unpaid for 4 months. Unscrupulous DIrectors who make promises and not keep them. Project Directors who are overworked and under supported, which means people are often over stretched.

Pros

Decent benefits HRA helps cover deductibles and co-pays Standard holidays and personal days

Cons

They tell you your role is "full time" only for you to find out later there's a time limit to your role. (Usually a year or less.) Total b.s. when it comes to job security. Make sure your "full-time" role is actually full-time and not some glorified contract for a one-time project.
