      Pros

      Oliver has some of the best people working for them I have ever met.

      Cons

      The company is designed to over-utilise their staff all year round. The culture is not fostered by the "People" team at all. They will happily let go of staff with little to no notice. Very rarely pay expenses and are behind, in payment, to some freelancers by six or more months.

      Pros

      Decent benefits HRA helps cover deductibles and co-pays Standard holidays and personal days

      Cons

      They tell you your role is "full time" only for you to find out later there's a time limit to your role. (Usually a year or less.) Total b.s. when it comes to job security. Make sure your "full-time" role is actually full-time and not some glorified contract for a one-time project.
