Good - Commercial Account Executive OPSWAT Employee Review

In my 8 months of interning at OPSWAT, the work culture stood out like no other. From the first day I was greeted and welcomed by several people around the office. I always looked forward to team/office lunches and playing ping pong with my peers. I was also able to take on important projects and regularly meet with customers and prospects. Lastly, everyone wants you to succeed, and as an intern everyone is willing to help you grow. I have learned so much throughout my two sessions as a Product Manager Intern. I would recommend this position and OPSWAT to anyone as it is a great place to work.

I have no cons at all.

In this role, there are three primary areas I see as unique vantage points: 1. Industry Leadership and innovation, OPSWAT is a recognized leader in shaping the future of secure data flows and malware prevention and protection means we're making a real world impact. 2. High-value customer engagement, having direct connection with strategic accounts means doing what I love the most, solving complex customer problems in securing their environments with our robust solutions. It takes time to build deep relationships but it's an effort that is so deeply rewarding to bring long-term value to my clients. 3. Culture of growth, OPSWAT truly fosters a collaborative work environment where employees are encouraged to grow and there are ample opportunities for cross-functional teamwork. Being here means being surrounded by smart and talented individuals who are passionate about cybersecurity.

The biggest challenge today is the still the lack of brand recognition given our 20 year history and being a leader in the space for secure data/file transfer. It will improve over time, but it is still a challenge at this juncture.
