I love working at OPSWAT. I have been with the company for just about 3 years, and I look forward to contributing to the company for many years to come. I work closely with the management team, including the CEO, CFO, and CTO, and enjoy the intelligence, care, and vision that these individuals offer. I am grateful to the CEO and CFO for the substantial career growth opportunities they have offered me. I have received two promotions within my time here thus far, and I am confident that I will continue to reach new heights at the company because of the strong support system here. Our team genuinely values progress on all levels. It is highly rewarding to work in an environment where everyone is encouraged to bring their best to the table. We, especially the management team, are committed to make positive change. I am proud of the progress we have made in enhancing our culture, well-being, products, and processes. I like that I am able to make a tangible and lasting impact at the company. I suspect that the authors of these reviews have not had a chance to experience the new OPSWAT as many of them are former employees. I encourage those whom are considering to join the OPSWAT team to turn to their inner guidance system rather than the opinions of others to determine whether they will find a home at OPSWAT. Cons
Our work environment tends to be fast-paced and dynamic. I do not see this as a con, as this type of environment is natural and necessary to remain at the leading-edge of the cyber security industry. However, this pace is not for everyone.
