Pros

- Free bagels in the morning. - Some of the management staff are very friendly and nice, and trying to do their best, but bullied by the CEO.

Cons

- Everything else. - The CEO runs this place into the ground. Expect to be overworked, under-supported, pressured constantly with no idea of what it is you're actually supposed to be doing. - High-stress job where you're at the whims of a capricious overseer.

We are sorry that you had a negative experience at OPSWAT. We appreciate any and all feedback from our current and former employees. OPSWAT values open communication and hopes that all employees have a strong understanding of their role in the company. We want our workplace to be collaborative, informative, and fun place to be. We understand there can sometimes be pressure and ask that you talk with your supervisor or HR to see if there are ways to alleviate that. We will continue to strive to be a company that people really enjoy being a part of.

Pros

In my 8 months of interning at OPSWAT, the work culture stood out like no other. From the first day I was greeted and welcomed by several people around the office. I always looked forward to team/office lunches and playing ping pong with my peers. I was also able to take on important projects and regularly meet with customers and prospects. Lastly, everyone wants you to succeed, and as an intern everyone is willing to help you grow. I have learned so much throughout my two sessions as a Product Manager Intern. I would recommend this position and OPSWAT to anyone as it is a great place to work.

Cons

I have no cons at all.
