Pros

Great company culture: I have friends in multiple departments, and there is a lot of intermingling in regards to activities, happy hour, and more activities. The CEO is very charismatic as well, but is also seemingly down to Earth. Flexible work: If you want to work from home, you have the freedom to. I still request my boss to work from home, but that is more of me being trying to not be rude.

Cons

Some people might feel a lack of satisfaction. I get plenty of work, and I'm plenty satisfied with what I've achieved, and will continue to achieve. But this is only my perspective and opinion, and while I might enjoy the company, others might have worse experiences in regards to work.

Pros

In my 8 months of interning at OPSWAT, the work culture stood out like no other. From the first day I was greeted and welcomed by several people around the office. I always looked forward to team/office lunches and playing ping pong with my peers. I was also able to take on important projects and regularly meet with customers and prospects. Lastly, everyone wants you to succeed, and as an intern everyone is willing to help you grow. I have learned so much throughout my two sessions as a Product Manager Intern. I would recommend this position and OPSWAT to anyone as it is a great place to work.

Cons

I have no cons at all.

Pros

• Dedicated employees who are committed to the company’s success. • Opportunity to take ownership of meaningful work and make a visible impact. • Exposure to a growing cybersecurity company with a global presence. • Employees are trusted with significant responsibility and autonomy.

Cons

• Environment is heavily influenced by the CEO’s leadership style, which may not be a fit for everyone. It can be really intense. • Employees may be reluctant to raise concerns or challenge leaders out of fear. • PTO and holiday benefits are less competitive than those offered by many similarly sized companies. The limited amount of time off can make it challenging for employees to recharge and maintain long-term work-life balance.
