horrible culture, all driven by CEO that micro manager every single detail, no work life balance they except people to be available 24/7 including weekends, I was asked to take a VIP customer to dinner and they refused to cover the cost, since it was after "the end of her visit". Super long hiring process, I felt I was already working for the company, paying less than market. They split the salary to base and bonus, but at the review I was told that only god gets 100%, so max is 90%. People are hired and fired so fast, you can't get the job done. Lack of basic processes, I had to chase to get my bonus as there isn't a process in place... All CMO that were hired and need to work with CEO couldn't last more than two months.
