Cons
CEO gets in the way of moving business forward. Extremely high turnover rate. Employees are given no runway to achieve goals, expected to pull off miracles without much support, then blindsided with being fired rather quickly. They do not support their employees, even successful and profit generating ones. If you are accomplished, run away. DO NOT leave a good place for this, it's too big of a gamble. Don't chase the pre-IPO hype. This would only be acceptable for people starting out and needing experience. The stability for your career is not there. I wanted to like this place due to the great local people and fully bought into the hype and products, but in the end you realize it isn't a great place to gamble your career on. I'm not a horribly disgruntled former employee, but rather someone wanting to protect the next person to at least let them know what they are getting into in order to make more informed decisions. And I wouldn't trust all of the new positive reviews. Pay is a bit below average.
