      - You can speak your mind out, even if its the CEO you are talking to - Majorly great peers, Smart, Experienced & down to earth - Opportunities to learn and implement whatever you are interested in - No - cabin culture, everyone is reachable to you

      Cons

      - Sometimes, work life balance goes for toss, you wouldn't mind it much though if you love working - No team outings, well sometimes you need a glass of beer with your peers
