Pros
I joined OYO almost 6 months back. The things I have learned here are a big part of my career growth already. You have great people at work to help you out any time of the week. There is no micro management. You are given responsibilities that you thrive to fulfill. Few of the motivating factors to work here are customer satisfaction , large audience getting impacted by your work, the business impact can be almost instantly seen. I would recommend anyone who has a desire to learn in a fast paced setup, face challenging, yet interesting problems and solve it.
Cons
Some times the work is hectic but that is expected from a startup. It is a 5 day working but you might be called on a Saturday(max 1 per month) for some work/recruitment.
