Pros
Company provides support to federal government. They have a good relationship with the government customer. Good at communicating with employees regarding changes to corporate processes/benefits or status of contract. Also the company offers 10 paid holidays
Cons
Poor benefits. Salaries are negotiated at lowest point possible. PTO is not a negotiable item. Employees have to take a set amount of PTO every contract year due to the way the contract accounting lines were established. 401K matching is low.
