-A few fantastic leaders that bring a ton of positive energy and creativity to the table -descent internal transparency -good HR team, good benefits, pay is very competitive -Not afraid to try new things and give employees autonomy -Fair when it comes to most things (performance/expectations/consequences) -Todd is very approachable -Good place to work when there is work available even if the work itself is a grind

-The company has had 3 layoffs in 3 years -limited career growth -tough market for the company to compete in -Most cons I have are irrelevant now because of this last big restructure
