Thank you for the feedback. I’m glad you feel supported by your coworkers and management in Oosterhout. Regarding the month-end workload, we know that pressure is real. I’d love for you to bubble up any specific ideas you have on how we can remediate that stress—you’re closest to the process and your input is invaluable. ~ Sean Larkin, CEO

Pros

Company is growing fast, and opportunities are everywhere if you are willing to do the work and have a positive outlook.

Cons

The wrong place to work if you want to cruise through as a passenger only and not a driver.

Love this description. At OnLogic, we prioritize impact over activity, and that starts with having 'drivers' in every seat. Thank you for your commitment; glad to have you on the team! ~ Sean Larkin, CEO

Pros

Friendly, welcoming people. Direct manager cared about my personal well-being and helped establish goals for my professional career. Beautiful building with a cafeteria and a chef. Great PTO.

Cons

Most people are underpaid. This is by design. Top leadership wants to keep salaries low so people leave and new underpaid employees take their place. High turnover, like unreasonably high. Don't get too cozy with anyone who's been there for less than 2 years; they'll probably leave. Because of this, processes get lost in the void and workflows become muddled quickly. Strictly in-person. Some teams allow remote work, or if you're sick, you're encouraged to work from home. Upper management keeps their heads on a swivel. If you aren't at your desk as often as possible, they will notice, and it will come up. They watch the cameras to see who is late/leaving early. Don't expect a flexible schedule. There are many common spaces with chairs/booths to work and a game area that will be shown on tours of the building. Don't expect to use them, you should be at your desk. You won't be assigned a title with a level (like I, II, III). This doesn't help you when it comes to raises and compensation. There is no fridge to keep your lunch in. Limited healthcare options.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We’re glad you enjoyed our onsite amenities and felt supported by your manager, we truly value the culture our team has built. Regarding compensation, we hear your concerns. We are committed to conducting annual market reviews to ensure our pay remains competitive. Furthermore, we are investing in enhanced management training to ensure our leaders can better support team members in their professional development and career progression. We remain committed to open dialogue and regular feedback on this topic as we continue to evolve our programs for our employees. We recognize that our in-office environment may not align with everyone's personal preferences. While we are open to flexibility when specific needs arise or when someone requires a 'heads-down' day to focus, we remain committed to keeping our standard operations in-house. We believe this is vital for our agility and team growth, and it is not a policy we are looking to negotiate at this time. Your feedback is an important part of our growth. We appreciate your contributions to the team and wish you success in your next chapter. ~ Sean Larkin, CEO
