4yWe remain committed to serving our customers. Throughout COVID we adjusted our business process to better serve our customers while prioritizing the safety and health of our team members. For example, we now provide the opportunity for our customers to close on their loans digitally and monitor their account via our mobile app. We also instituted safety measures for in-person branch visits.
