Pros
Working at OneSpring has been a tremendous learning experience that has helped me grow creatively and professionally. They provide a very open and collaborative environment for you to do great work. I appreciate the flexibility and freedom they give to their consultants - as long as you're delighting the client and getting stuff done. Through my time here, I've been able to work on a variety of projects and with a wide spectrum of clients - so I never get too burnt out on one particular topic or product.
Cons
Although management and co-workers are eager to help, OneSpring is more of an "autonomous" work environment - meaning that you should be actively working and being productive (not too much hand holding or instruction). I know that for some individuals this can be a challenge - but if you have a strong work ethic you'll enjoy the freedom it provides.
