Pros

- can’t think of one

Cons

EVERY CON YOU READ ON GLASSDOOR IS TRUE! - Leadership has no direction. They just act like kings and queens. - No work life balance - Too much dirty politics and people who have been around for 5+ years can easily get you kicked out. - Low morale - With a rating of 2.7, they are still carrying on with constant layoffs

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. OneTrust has experienced a lot of change in the past two years. We moved from a high-growth start up to one focused on long-term growth and value for our customers. We welcomed a number of acquired companies and new leadership to build and scale the leading Trust Intelligence Platform. We also made a shift, as several tech companies do at our stage, to a scale-up company where we've been bringing on successful leaders from other SaaS companies to help direct the business. We recognize that our culture and ways of working have shifted as a result. This isn't the same company as it's always been, and that's a natural progression for the category of software we have defined. It's exciting being the pioneers of Trust Intelligence and market leaders in a space that we've made ourselves. Our executive leaders are proud of the work we've all been able to accomplish, and there's still a lot of exciting projects in our future. As we kick off our new fiscal year in February, the company will continue to get customer and employee feedback with the goal to Love OneTrust. We realize we have a lot of work to do, and we look forward to the progress our teams will make in FY25. Thanks again for your feedback.

Pros

The new leadership is making intentional, calculated decisions and communicating effectively. They've already been able to impact the workforce by introducing new tools and removing red tape.

Cons

There's still some leftover culter of finger pointing and blame but I know this is top of mind to fix.
