Very political environment - Anonymous employee OneTrust Employee Review

There is a lot of office politics and nepotism. Right before my manager quit he informed me that several members of my team would soon be laid off and our positions will be out-sourced. There's not much room for growth and you rarely get praised or awarded for going above and beyond.
