      Pros

      - People are nice - Flex hours - Unlimited vacation

      Cons

      - No product market fit. Company will probably shut down soon (as it should!) - Inexperienced leadership with no sense of direction, particularly from the CEO - Layoffs every few months which only impact IC’s. I have yet to see a manager or exec get laid off - No diversity - Long hours

      Pros

      The biggest pros of working with this company are that they value you as an employee and your hard work. The leaders in this company are the best human beings I have ever had the opportunity to work with. At Opencare we all work together, no matter your title. Everyone supports each other, and we all want everyone to succeed. You are allowed and encouraged to be the best version of yourself here at Opencare.

      They offer health insurance to employees.

      Cons

      False advertisement to get employees on board. High turnover, micromanaged and untrusted product/manager. No room for growth.
