I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Opencare (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview was a multi-step process with an initial HR screen, hiring manager interview to further go through the role competencies and a final case project that was to be presented to the hiring manager. I had gone through each of the steps and was told at the end of the process once I handed in my case that detailed a training strategy for their business that they we putting the role on pause.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Opencare in Sep 2024
Interview
I applied to Opencare online and the HR manager reached out to me the next day for a phone interview. She went through what the company does, the team, and why they were looking to fill the role. We talked about my experiences and she referenced my resume quite a bit for more questions. I got to ask my questions at the end and she told me what to expect next. I didn’t get to move forward but overall timely response and good experience.
