Pros
Very focussed company that is now starting to focus on the customer, there are lots of opportunities to advance on the company
Cons
There are still a few staff members that have been in the company 30+ years that think the company owes them a living, they are lazy and continually moan about how bad things are. It can't be that bad if you are still there after 30+ years. Thankfully they are very few of these people left
