Great co-workers, flexible environment, laid back attitude, flexible hours, casual atmosphere It was a great enviornment to work in to get your foot in the door and meet important people around Orange County.
Cons
newspapers are pretty much going the way of the dinosaur and there isn't much career opportunity in newspaper. don't expect a pay raise but rather a pay CUT
