People are very commmitted and do good work. Organogenesis makes a quality product that has clinical benefit. The company expects to grow so hiring should continue over the next 2-3 years.
Cons
Decisions are made by a few and the rest are expected to follow. There is a lot of heirarchy that you have to navigate to get things done.
