I worked at Organogenesis full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great place to work. The manufacturing team is fantastic, as are the other teams within the company. The managers really care about the people who work under them and it really feels like a home away from home.

    Cons

It’s hard work, but it there are not many cons I can think of. As long as you follow the SOPs and follow regulation, it’s a great company to grow with.

I have been working at Organogenesis full-time

    Pros

Best Product in industry. Very progressive company.

    Cons

When changes are made at a corporate level, its expected to change at the field level just as fast.

I worked at Organogenesis full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Customers and products, but products are too expensive and there is no room for negotiating contracts. Only Medicare coverage.

    Cons

This company is inept from the top down. The CEO is clueless and his son is in his 20s running the most important part of the company in customer service. He is more clueless than his father. Regional manager's are promoted from the good ole boys club and are terrible managers. District managers have never sold in the market and micromanage. Goals are constantly doubled and impossible to achieve. They lie during the interview process. There is not potential for money or career growth here. They don't even give sales employees a company credit card.

    Advice to Management

    Find new management.

I have been working at Organogenesis full-time

    Pros

It is a hands on experience and allows you to do multiple tasks and activities. The work schedule is flexible.

    Cons

Another lay off occurred last week. As usual, they blindsided the employees and treated them like trash. They got rid off dedicated , knowledgeable, and hardworking employees and kept the lazy, spoiled, rude and incompetent ones. There is no direction or support. No goals or objectives. Corporate only cares about upper management; they promote only themselves.

    Advice to Management

Stop being hypocrites and treat employees with professionalism and respect. Allow employees to share ideas and opinions without punishment.

    Pros

Product is great. Location is idea compared to working in the city. I wish I could say more good things but....

    Cons

Inexperienced people in management positions, unrealistic expectations, favoritism to certain employees with leads to uncomfortable work environment. Over worked underpaid. I would not recommend this company!

    Pros

Good products. Great to help some patients.

    Cons

Lack of company vision, short-sighted planning by management, failure to be realistic about current market trends, inconsistent commission payouts between reps and territories, some territories will never earn high commissions. Goals are released midway through each month!!

    Advice to Management

Get aggressive with marketing!! PlN further than the current quarter! Be realistic about market trends and competition. Train managers to manage!
