      Good coffee, and sometimes snacks available.

      Cons

      The company only cares about how much money they can make and not actually about the well-being of their employees. They expect you to give them 110% but don’t give anything back to the ones that are doing the hard day to day work. They spend more money on their national sales meeting than they do on giving Christmas presents to their employees.

      Constantly changing goals Mismanagement is rampant Middle management is dodgy and will hang their employees out to dry Recent 10% layoff and additional 100+ employees including upper management Tried to expand to RI but that project is at risk Respond to market changes only after they have sunk too much money in
