-Selling Mentality is Laid-Back, Value and Education Based. -Products are world class, their skin substitutes are arguably the highest quality in each individual category (Composites, Dehydrated Amnion, and Fresh Amnion). -Company reputation amongst physicians is generally good due to high ethics, good clinical results, and quality sales reps. -Base Salary, Commissions, and Benefits are all above the industry standard.
Cons
-The company needs to update their computer systems to be rep and customer friendly. -World Class products require World Class representation this is less of a con and more of a challenge. This job requires working with Physicians and with a patient base that tends to have multiple co-morbidities. Healing wounds can be extremely difficult. Working with physicians and clinic staff takes time, effort, and a reasonable amount of grunt work. But when the products have a chance to shine, and when patients heal...it all suddenly becomes worth every challenge you overcame.
