      Pros

      Product is interesting, given lots of responsibility and independence. Work feels meaningful. People are great and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Can feel a little overworked at times with tight deadlines. Unfortunately only have 5 days which can be used as personal or sick days for the year which isn’t great.

      Pros

      Supportive culture, great people, lovely locations, great sales teams, patient focus, and the genuine desire to be better. Your role could be great, or awful depending on the team.

      Cons

      Executives throw spaghetti at the wall while no one else is on the same page.
