Pros

I met some amazing coworkers. People I enjoyed seeing every day. Most people were friendly. The pay was ok. Food and treats.

Cons

Many struggles and obstacles to doing your work but no systems in place to keep track of what you are doing and where parts and trays are going unless you count a pad of paper and a pen. Pray you don’t make a mistake or forget something. You will be persecuted by your passive-aggressive “supervisor “. Overtime abounds, whether you want it or not. More and more management being hired but for what purpose? Turnover and no clear vision or consistent strategy which means lower level workers are expendable. Field and sales reps not appreciative of how difficult it was to find their trays.

Supportive culture, great people, lovely locations, great sales teams, patient focus, and the genuine desire to be better. Your role could be great, or awful depending on the team.

Cons

Executives throw spaghetti at the wall while no one else is on the same page.
