      Work life balance is good.

      Cons

      Do not fall for their ESOP/RSU option if you are considering to join. Their policies are very bad regarding this and nobody really gets anything out of the stock option program.

      cool technology, awesome CEO, capable engineering and PM VPs

      Cons

      engineering/pm leadership needs help. the CPTO is not technical at all and has no product vision. However, the VPs of both engineering and PMs are all very technical and capable. They are limited by the CPTO though.
