      Pros

      Good company benefits. From medical to maternity to remote time.

      Cons

      Executive team has zero idea what is going on and fails on almost every level. The CEO is disliked by the majority, is overbearing and intense, and has zero respect for anyone’s opinion but his own. Pay is low and promotions are received by the undeserving. Unless you have the last name of Potash, forget getting your voice heard or getting to the top.

      - highly talented, creative, motivated coworkers - customers love the product - get to work with schools and libraries

      Cons

      - safe home for people who hate working hard - inconsistent goals and incentives - favoritism and nepotism - out of touch with customer base - poor managerial support and oversight - closely allied with genocidal governments
