      Pros

      Cool office location with nice views. Junior staff are very nice and personable. Hybrid working environment

      Cons

      Older (in age) staff are rude and lazy i.e. do not do actual work. Very little conference space, with shared office space with other companies. New leadership does not care about the employees. Many times teams are spread very thin.

      Pros

      - nice office - lot of good people at the associate and mid levels

      Cons

      Abysmal leadership and senior management that takes little accountability for issues throughout the agency. Agency struggles to generate new business while having lost big clients along the way. Therefore, more pressure is placed on media teams to bend over backwards for current client base regardless of bandwidth, leading to burnout and tension.
