Pros
People are wonderful, and if you are in with the right group you could go far. HR has changed and seems to be for the better, but they have much work to bring the company into the 21st century. Company seems to favor minorities, which makes for a nice, diverse working environment.
Cons
PTO is not monitored through payroll, so some get 2 weeks and others get 6. Some departments are awesome and others play favoritism. Slackers seem to rule the roost, even when actions are pointed out to management.
