      Many caring and helpful coworkers. Decent pay for most positions.

      Cons

      Upper management that isn't trustworthy. In the company you are only a number. The company is portrayed much differently to the stockholders and in public marketing pieces than what is actual in day to day events.

      - Design work is fun - Nice management and sales team - Get to be creative once in a while

      - Can get hot while working right outside design lab - Hands rough from working corrugate all day - Can get busy quick
