      Pros

      Long on experience and hands-on know-how. Outstanding reputation which opens many doors for you. Access to some of the finest resources available in the industry.

      Cons

      Political, bureaucratic, inflexible. To take my experiences an apply them to the whole company would be wrong. It varies by location and it matter who is running the place.

      I am at a lost to think of one

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
