      A lot of hours good pay and benefits

      Cons

      People do not know how to train. If they don't like you they'll set you up for failure. Was told they really don't train if you don't make it after your 60 days of probation.

      - Design work is fun - Nice management and sales team - Get to be creative once in a while

      - Can get hot while working right outside design lab - Hands rough from working corrugate all day - Can get busy quick
