      Pros

      The HQ is centrally located in Lake Forest, IL.

      Cons

      Poor management, product is substandard, Employee relationship extremely poor, Knowledge base is poor. Company is based upon hiring friends in key positions, not upon knowledge or ability. Company may have higher pay, because they have no pension plans. Company uses loud vulgar language to entice employees to perform. Boys club, men only.

      I am at a lost to think of one

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
