Good benefits, but not worth dealing with Local Management - Plant Accountant PCA Employee Review

Local management is not trained to lead people. From their longevity with the company, and experience in their positions, they were promoted into management from within the company. And while this is a good thing - if they are NOT receiving the proper training to then lead the people they manage. There is no local HR. It is only at an area level and up to corporate. This leads to real issues at the local level. The area HR rep. here was completely management led, there was no support for the individual employee.
