      Good salary and benefits. Good 401K match. Some opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      Poor work/life balance. Upper management is all about the numbers - no longer about the people. Sadly, People Customers Trust is not the real story anymore.

      - Design work is fun - Nice management and sales team - Get to be creative once in a while

      - Can get hot while working right outside design lab - Hands rough from working corrugate all day - Can get busy quick
