Great people, great educational opportunities.

Very difficult population; good support, but taxing work.

Some opportunities for case collaboration. Plenty of opportunity to grow your caseload if you would like to meet with 50+ clients.

The amount you are paid is not equal to the amount of work to complete your job tasks. The benefits were so expensive and not affordable with the minimal pay received. It was expected to have a large caseload and or take on additional roles that they could not or would not fill by hiring additional employees.
