I have been working at PCMH full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good stepping stone. Monthly metrocards. Great health insurance. Case Managers are friendly and helpful. Yearly bonus, work cellphone. Great job for people entering the Social Work field.

    Cons

Upper management likes embarrassing employees. Very untrustworthy coworkers. Doing home visits in the most extreme weathers. Company cares more about how many clients you see a week than you. Paperwork gets lost on a daily basis.

    Advice to Management

Publicly shaming your employees will only make them quit. Show more appreciation for the hard work that gets put in by employees.

    Pros

I have nothing nice to say about this company. I don't like how upper management treats people. They are very unorganized I would never apply again.

    Cons

Unorganized, no training, not enough money, wrong phone numbers/addresses for clients, they make you pay for items you never received. If you do not give them your charger they threaten to take it out of your check. They don't care if you are sick they want you to put yourself at risk and go to clients houses are sick and have bed bugs.

    Advice to Management

Better training, get rid of the arbitration document, raises, hire people to fill ALL positons, treat people as equal, update system with right information.

I worked at PCMH full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

gained experience and worked with a great group of people.

    Cons

pay is horrible, constant changes, higher ups are rude to the staff 90% of he time, the ceo pays himself 2 salaries yet staff do not get raises or bonuses, they fire anyone for any reason at any time, saw too many staff crying, racist and will not hire enough staff. they have been sued by clients families for taking money and not having proper care and Medicaid Fraud. the health coverage was so high the staff was applying for welfare. For 1 person you pay $200 for a family you pay $700 a month. if you call in sick or late forget it.

    Advice to Management

get it right before you get shut down like FEGS.

    Pros

Benefits package is not bad, specially the time off.

    Cons

Company misinforms of work load and duties unpon interviews. There is no fine line in duties, management is complaining and raises voice. Poor work ethics, much pressure, much overtime without paid or approval to work overtime. If you leave early you will be blamed that something was not done.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees, or at least provide support when seeked. Hire more staff.
