Pros

Anyone desperate to find some career

Cons

You have to pay for the training of $199 on top of getting state license of $399, and they only give you 3 days to change your mind, which is not always enough but it is in their fine print. They won't budge at all, no exception. That is terrible business ethics. You have to make a list of people you know that fit their criteria of the product to call as part of the "training", but they need referrals for the product and you have to signup new people for the program, call you 10 contacts, plus another 15 more you make a list of to get to the next level....Great product, terrible morals ...more like a pyramid scheme. If their training and business practices were really that great, they would offer a refund after the 3 day mark OR not even charge for the training. Some people I worked with were very nice but don't give your $$$ to them, they are making $ off you anyway.

Pros

• Unlimited earning potential – there is no income ceiling. Your compensation is directly tied to your effort, consistency, and performance. • Merit-based rewards – promotions, bonuses, and recognition are earned, not based on tenure or favoritism. • Entrepreneurial environment – great for self-starters who want to build something of their own rather than climb a traditional corporate ladder. • Scalable business model – income can grow significantly over time as you develop skills, clients, and leadership. • Faster long-term income growth potential – while not instant, the upside can exceed most traditional salaried roles remind of same pay year after year. • Training & mentorship available – access to leadership, systems, and personal development if you’re willing to apply what’s taught.

Cons

• Not ideal for immediate full-time income – leadership typically recommends starting part-time until you build consistent production and stability. • Requires patience and delayed gratification – results compound over time; people looking for quick or guaranteed paychecks may struggle. • High personal accountability – success depends heavily on self-motivation, discipline, and follow-through. • Entrepreneurial pressure – there is no salary safety net; income fluctuates, especially early on. • Not for everyone – individuals who prefer structured hours, fixed pay, or minimal risk may find this challenging.
