Business Outlook
Pros
- Looks great on C.V, highly respected - Working with brightest people in the business (Ivy league/Oxbridge across the board) - Flat mgmt structure, able to speak to MD's easily and frequently as long as adding value
Cons
- Long hours & hard work, which would be acceptable if compensation matched, but it didn't - MBA ceiling, lack of visible progression is why most leave - Unstable after Gross and MEE left, senior mgmt structure needs to be solidified with no more big name exits
