      Pros

      Company does a wonderful job creating a great company culture. The leadership team is very present, engaging and approachable. The benefits are wonderful (company stock, flex time off, cover health benefits, and flexible WFH/Hybrid work environment). I have seen internal promotions my time there and they even have workshops for employee development.

      Cons

      No complaints, I've enjoyed working here.

      Very few to think of. Sometimes at a team or project level - the number of stakeholders starts to prevent innovation
