      -Amazing team with a lot of experience. -Many benefits. -Good communication. -Art lead was always open to help

      Cons

      -at least on the project I worked on the art guidelines were super limited, and there is no much room for creative growth. -It's remote work, but the "remote" only works in Chile, if you want to move to another country you can't work here.
