      The most negative place i have ever worked.I have never worked in a call center that thinks stats are driven by fear of losing your job.I have NEVER worked where they under train you and then take your bonus if you get something wrong,with no additional training to help you improve.If you see PODS at a job fair RUN in the other direction.

      People know the brand but that’s it

      Cons

      This is the worst environment I’ve probably ever worked in, constant lies, awful culture where some people work remote others don’t, director level and above treat everyone else with zero respect. The pay is so below average it’s alarming. The amount of leaders who don’t know how to develop their employees is staggering and their are C level folks who have never hired in their careers before moving into the role.
