      Some nice people Good location, quite central

      Cons

      New marketing team with new leaders are terrible, rude sharks and do not care about people Very low salary Very hierarchic Too many files and processes It is losing its the friendly family business feel with new management. Everyone there says the culture is deteriorating.

      Lots of trauma bonding w/ fellow co-workers

      Cons

      Great place to work if you thrive in chaos and enjoy being "part of a family". Need to speak French or Spanish, ideally Catalan, in order to get promoted beyond Director level. People are also promoted based on favoritism vs job acumen.
