Would not recommend working here. It's infuriating. (I was hired during COVID, it worked well for the quarantine)
There is no real strategy. Every month felt like I was out there stabbing around in the dark seeing what I could hit. No shot at consistent production with current set-up. The compensation is not data driven and seems based on a personal whim. Due diligence is not a strong suit. Ownership is checked out.
No legitimate training or process for new hires to adopt. It was 6 weeks before I even got on the phones and then without a script or sequence. Near total team turnover within the year.
Old school approach of "more calls, more deals". Performance management is non-existent. Not a single manager heard me pitch or make a call or ever offered me feedback in a year. Revenue generated is not a significant measurement of performance
The best deals are assigned ad hoc to favourite reps. No fair distribution of opportunities.
Efforts to improve process are rejected.
HR seems only capable of enabling.
Values are mainly lip service, especially the idea that you can speak your mind or that they truly desire balance.
